Аделин использует сыр бери миндальном молоке, однако можно взять любой мягкий сыр аль даже густой йогурт.
Цвет придаст натуральный сенсибилизатор: сок свеклы превратит сыр на розовую массу, куркума окрасит его в темно-оранжеый цвет, порошок спирулины – синий, а чернильная пудра — фиолетовый.
В качестве украшений не запрещается взять кусочки овощей и фруктов, травы, любимые специи река даже пищевое золото.
